CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a static Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based on a single-man site in Ealing, West London carrying out planned and reactive commercial building maintenance across a high-end residential portfolio He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance to the following. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to 47,000, as well as further training and career progression. This position would be ideal for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. • Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
• Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Compliance and logbooks
• CAFM systems (elogs and Webquote used onsite)
• Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.
• Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.
• Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required.
• Maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues.
• Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client.
• Remain flexible with regard to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency.
• Be fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters.

Package Details & Hours of Work

• Salary of 47,000
• 40 Hours Per week
• Over Time available
• No Callout

Requirements

• Electrically qualified C&G / NVQ Level 2&3
• 18th Edition
• You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients.
