Job Title: Electrical Project Manager Salary: Up to 95,000 plus full package Location: Central London

I'm working with a tier one MEP Building Services Engineering Contractor in Central London who are known for delivering complex engineering systems for some of the largest principal contractors in the UK. They provide a turnkey solution from the initial design stage through till completion to some of the largest multi-phase projects in London.

Due to company expansion and large pipeline of works they are seeking a forward thinking and client facing Electrical Project Manager to oversee the Electrical installation for one of their flagship commerical office project valued circa 20 million for one of their blue chip client.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience within MEP Building Services delivery.
• Demonstrable experience delivering 20M+ electrical or MEP packages end-to-end.
• Track record with Tier 1 or leading specialist M&E contractors.
• Confident in fast-paced, design & build project environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities / Skills & Experience

• Full project lifecycle leadership for electrical delivery on large-scale M&E schemes.
• Oversee design integration, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover.
• Drive programme, commercial, and quality performance across electrical scope.
• Manage subcontractors, site supervisors, and interface with design & commercial teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with client representatives, consultants, and Tier 1 main contractor.
• Ensure all works comply with building services and electrical regulations, CDM, and health & safety standards.
• Represent the business with integrity, professionalism, and technical authority at all stages of the project.

Remuneration Package

• Basic salary up to 95,000 (DOE)
