The role involves carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the site, ensuring high standards of building services maintenance. Candidates can be either electrically or mechanically biased, with relevant City & Guilds / NVQ qualifications and at least three years of experience in the maintenance sector. Key Responsibilities:

• PPMs & Reactive Maintenance
• Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Testing, Pumps, Sprinkler Systems
• AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC Units, BMS Operation
• Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV Switching
• Risk Assessments, Permits to Work, Logbooks
• Organising Subcontractors & Quotations

Requirements:

• City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) in Electrical
• Previous experience in a similar maintenance role
• Career-driven and motivated
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Salary & Benefits:

• £53,000 - £55,000 per annum
