Electrical Shift Engineer London £53,000 - £55,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen for an electrical shift Engineer to join a leading building services provider at a flagship site in the City of London. This is a fantastic chance to work on a prestigious contract within a well-established maintenance team, with excellent career development opportunities. The role involves carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the site, ensuring high standards of building services maintenance. Candidates can be either electrically or mechanically biased, with relevant City & Guilds / NVQ qualifications and at least three years of experience in the maintenance sector. Key Responsibilities:
  • PPMs & Reactive Maintenance
  • Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Testing, Pumps, Sprinkler Systems
  • AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC Units, BMS Operation
  • Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV Switching
  • Risk Assessments, Permits to Work, Logbooks
  • Organising Subcontractors & Quotations
Requirements:
  • City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) in Electrical
  • Previous experience in a similar maintenance role
  • Career-driven and motivated
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Salary & Benefits:
  • £53,000 - £55,000 per annum
  • Additional AP Bonus for Authorised Persons
