The responsibilities involve managing budgets and monitoring financial performance, including handling service charge accounts and preparing reports for senior management. Ensuring client satisfaction is a key priority, achieved through meeting service delivery targets and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. You'll be responsible for developing the local team through regular training, performance management, and organizing team meetings. The role also oversees supplier management, including conducting evaluations and ensuring compliance with quality and safety requirements. Other responsibilities can include tasks such as helpdesk support, logging and managing maintenance tasks, and collaborating with project managers to deliver integrated solutions. Additionally, the position requires maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and implementing a customer-focused service strategy.
