We have a new opportunity and exciting for a Foot Mobile Engineer to join a growing FM provider. This role will focus on a set portfolio of around 5 sites. The contract you will be looking after are commercial buildings which include schools and offices.

About the role of Foot Mobile Engineer:

You will be responsible for all Building Services duties on the Mechanical and Electrical side.

Responsibility for the role of Foot Mobile Engineer:

• Maintenance work on commercial properties
• PPM and reactive work on electrical systems
• Repairs and fault finding on electrical/mechanical systems
• Maintenance of plant
• Attend breakdowns

Experience Required for the role of Foot Mobile Engineer:

• Either Electrical/Mechanical qualification - City & Guilds/Apprenticeship

We offer for the role of Foot Mobile Engineer:

• Salary up to 44k
• Overtime opportunities - paying 1.5x and 2x
• Bonus up to 2% two times a year

• 25 day AL + Bank Holidays
• Sociable hours - 8am to 5pm or get to site for 7 and finish at 3- (42.5 hours)s
