We have a new role for a static maintenance plumber to join a leading University in their in house estates team based in central London. This static maintenance plumber role is starting on a 3 month contract with a view to becoming a permanent post in the future. The hours for this role are 8-4 Monday - Friday which is a 35 hour week.

Within this building services plumbing role you will be paid weekly, at a permanent equivalent salary of between c£35000 - c£37,000.

As a static building services maintenance plumber you will be responsible for:

• Reactive plumbing on the University buildings
• Daily plant room checks
• Water treatment and legionella management
• PPMs

We are looking for a level 2 or level 3 city and guilds /NVQ level maintenance plumber. You must have experience of commercial plumbing from a similar type of building/ organisation. Some mechanical maintenance experience would be a plus. We are looking for someone with a great attitude and who wants to start work straight away!
