Mechanical Maintenance Engineer City of London £47,000 We are recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team working in a large commercial office int he City of London. You'll be joining a great company, be given the chance to progress further within your career, have your travel covered and be given the chance to work on a great site! This role is working Monday - Friday on a split shift of 7am - 4pm one week and 10am - 7pm the other week. Please note that there is a call out rota of 1 in 4 for this position. Job Duties
  • PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
  • AHUs
  • FCUs
  • Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals
  • Sprinkler Systems
  • Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
  • Tap Temperatures
  • Chilled Water Systems
  • Plumbing
  • Generators
  • Pressurisation units
  • BMS Operation
Key Requirements
  • Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ (or equivalent)
  • Apprentice trained - desirable
  • Building Services Maintenance experience
  • Very Client facing
Salary and Package
  • Up to £47,o00
  • Monday - Friday, 7-4pm and 10am - 7pm
  • Additional training
  • Overtime available
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
