Are you ready to be part of one of the UK s most vital rail infrastructure programmes? We re seeking a motivated and experienced Site Engineer to support delivery on Network Rail s Control Period 7 (CP7) works across the Kent, Surrey, and Sussex routes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing rail team delivering key maintenance, renewals, and enhancement projects over a multi-year framework.

  • Support delivery of rail civil engineering works including structures, embankments, trackside assets, and drainage.

  • Ensure all site activities comply with Network Rail standards and safety procedures.

  • Manage subcontractors and ensure quality control and site documentation is accurate and up to date.

  • Assist with setting out, surveying, and materials control.

  • Collaborate with project managers, planners, and HSQE teams for efficient site operations.

  • Prepare daily site records, ITPs, and as-built drawings.

  • Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

  • Previous experience working on rail infrastructure projects.

  • PTS (Personal Track Safety) certification essential.

  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations in rail.

  • Proficient with site surveying and setting-out tools (e.g. GPS, Total Station).

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
