Supervising and supporting 1 engineer on-site. Managing planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance tasks. Maintaining electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, fire alarms, emergency lighting, and BMS operation. Ensuring all corrective/repair works meet safety regulations and compliance standards. Coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring works are completed to a high standard. Completing reports, logbooks, RAMS, and permits to work. Liaising with tenants and client representatives regarding maintenance issues. Supporting the wider building services team as required.
