Our client, is a privately owned dynamic travel company who specialise in selling luxury villa holidays to a high net worth, discerning client base.
Due to continued growth and demand for their villa holidays, they are now recruiting for an After Sales Villa Consultant to join their dynamic team to manage client enquiries and book additional services to enhance the clients experience such as local excursions, bars, restaurants, events, museums etc
Applicants will need to be comfortable dealing with HNWIs and possess previous travel experience or hotel concierge experience is required

After Sales Villa Consultant Tasks & Responsibilities:
Liaising with clients after they have booked properties through the sales team to organise any extra services or experiences they require.
This may involve organising detailed itineraries with many activities and experiences throughout their trip.
Liaising with suppliers in various destinations to help organise these extras for clients.
Liaising with property owners and managers to coordinate clients arrival and special requests at the property.
Researching new local suppliers and experiences in our various destinations for clients.
Researching and updating recommended sights, museums, restaurants, bars etc
After Sales Villa Consultant Experience Required
Previous travel or hotel concierge experience dealing with HNWI's
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
Be able to work well under pressure and have a flexible approach

After Sales Villa Consultant Salary and Benefits
Base salary to 30,000 depending on experience
Bonus potential of 7,000 to 10,000 per annum
Hybrid working
Work abroad policy of up to 45 days per annum
