Are you looking for a corporate Reception role working two days a week ongoing?
I am seeking an outstanding Corporate Receptionist to provide a five-star welcome and exceptional service to clients and visitors in a prestigious Central London location. Key Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a smooth arrival experience. Support meeting hosts with guest requirements & ensure all room bookings are processed accurately. Handle telephone calls with excellent etiquette and professionalism. Follow front desk security procedures; ensure all visitors wear passes. Liaise with facilities teams including Front of House, catering, security, and cleaning to meet all meeting room and event requirements. Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area. Assist with events and functions as needed. About You Previous experience in a corporate Reception Able to commit to work Monday & Friday ongoing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good It skills and ability to learn now systems easily.
