On behalf of M&G, AMS are looking for an Aladdin Investment Compliance Specialist based in London for a 6 month contract on a hybrid working model.

Purpose of the role:

An Aladdin Investment Compliance Specialist is required to support the implementation of a new operating model. This role requires technical rule logic and compliance knowledge, working closely with the Coding team to rationalise, analyse and optimise Aladdin rules within Aladdin's compliance ecosystem.

What you'll do:

• Extract, analyse, rationalise and standardise Aladdin compliance rules across portfolios.
• Apply technical rule-logic skills using BQL (BlackRock Query Language) to interrogate data, analyse rule behaviour and support the accurate configuration of compliance rules.
• Work closely with the Coding team to ensure accurate rule implementation and alignment with compliance logic.
• Support the full investment compliance life cycle including pre and post trade compliance (financial background is required).
• Assist with onboarding new compliance portfolios into Aladdin, ensuring correct rule configuration and compliance readiness.
• Translate compliance requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Contribute to integration and business change activities linked to the new operating model.

The skills you'll need:

• Experience with, and strong understanding of Aladdin, it's compliance engine and full investment compliance life cycle.
• Ability to use BQL for querying data, understanding coding logic and rule structures, interrogate data, analyse rule behaviour and support configuration of compliance rules.
• Hold experience in investment compliance, including pre-trade and post-trade compliance.
• A financial background is essential for this role.
• Ability to collaborate with both the technical coders and the compliance team.
• Application Studio X experience is desirable.
