Environments Engineer - 50K + Benefits - Hybrid

This is a new opportunity with TSB, who are looking to hire a Environments Engineer.

Environment Engineers play a pivotal role in the design, development, governance and maintenance of mission-critical non-production on-prem and cloud environments. They leverage their technical expertise and leadership skills to contribute on projects and drive innovation across the organization.

This is a permanent position with a salary on offer of up to 50K + comprehensive benefits package. They would like you to come to their London, Bristol or Edinburgh office on a hybrid basis. Tech skills needed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, but equivalent work experience will also be considered.
  • Experience in data centre operations, telecommunications, network engineering, data centre applications, client/server computing.
  • Proficient in specific technologies including, but not limited to, Microsoft Server and Client operating systems and infrastructure applications, AWS Cloud, RedHat Enterprise Linux, Cisco and Networking, VMware,
  • Background in scaled agile software delivery.
  • Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines

The role would be perfect for someone who loves taking their ideas into production, is committed to best practices and knows how to create comprehensive technical solutions that will be the premise for the future growth of the bank.
