My client is a well respected Specialist Insurer and they are looking for an IT Change and Transition Analyst with previous experience with North American Binding Authorities to join them on fixed term contract basis.

The purpose of this role is to facilitate and support the delivery of change to my client's IT Infrastructure and Services and the transition of new or amended service into BAU support, in compliance with agreed process and procedures.

This role is accountable for the end-to-end co-ordination and administration of change and transition delivery activity, ensuring that all changes comply with the necessary processes and procedures, transition activities are completed and signed-off before go live, and assuming formal control of delivery where necessary.

Required skills:

• General insurance market background in relevant business class(es) and territories.
• In depth knowledge of the workings of the London market especially with regards to North American Binding Authorities.
• Good understanding of how a Binding Authority works and the surrounding relationships.
• Understanding and knowledge of market practices, duties and obligations all parties.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, ECF.
