IT Infrastructure Analyst (12 month Fixed Term Contract)Hybrid working policy: 3 days per week required in the office. The role will be responsible for the for the day-to-day management of infrastructure topologies within the organisation. Responsibilities: - Administer and monitor various systems including Windows Server, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, VMWare, VXRail, Cato Platform, Rubrik, Commvault, Juniper Mist, and APC. - Respond to ServiceNow tickets (3rd line) and resolve incidents. - Perform daily health checks of infrastructure services using management platforms like SolarWinds. - Analyse vulnerabilities using Rapid 7 and manage patching of Servers, appliances, and Switches. - Perform firmware updates for appliances like Kemp, Extreme APs, NetApp's, HP Servers, Rubrik, and Commvault. - Log tickets with MSP and providers when services are impacted. - Decommission old Servers as needed.Required Skills/Experience: - Windows Server 2008 - 2025 - Microsoft infrastructure technologies including DHCP, DNS, WINS, Active Directory, Group Policy - VMware vSphere, ESXi, VSAN, VCenter - Entra ID - Intune - Azure IAAS - SolarWinds monitoring - Networking (Cisco, Juniper) - Commvault/Rubrik (desirable)IT Infrastructure Analyst (12 month Fixed Term Contract)In accordance with the Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, this position is advertised based upon DGH Recruitment Limited having first sought approval of its client to find candidates for this position.DGH Recruitment Limited acts as both an Employment Agency and Employment Business
