The team is composed of talented professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional results and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.Responsibilities:- Automate processes using DevOps capabilities.- Develop and update in-house toolsets with various programming languages.- Conduct DevOps maturity assessments for clients.- Automate test packs for internal and external products and teams.- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and collaborate with project teams.- Identify business opportunities within client accounts.- Prepare and participate in client presentations.- Innovate and improve internal processes.- Update and document company processes.- Enhance intellectual property to improve existing processes.Requirements:Motivation:- Passion for technology and client satisfaction.- Desire for continuous learning and growth.- Enjoyment of collaborative environments.Behaviours:- Strong relationship-building skills with empathy and emotional intelligence.- Flexibility and adaptability to changing conditions.- Resilience and persistence in facing challenges.- Confidence to innovate and challenge the status quo.- Active listening and understanding of client and colleague needs.- Curiosity about customers' technical and business environments.- Ownership of work and proactive development.Experience and Abilities:- Background in computer science or related field.- Experience with DevOps or development teams.- Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and containerisation.- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins.- Understanding of cloud infrastructure setup using tools like CloudFormation and Terraform.- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., GitHub, Azure DevOps).- Experience with front-end and back-end development languages (e.g., Angular, Python, C#).- Basic to advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.- Strong communication and presentation skills.- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.- Trustworthy, reliable, and approachable.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Willingness to learn new technical tools and seek feedback for growth.Qualifications:- 2.1 degree (or equivalent) in Computing, Sciences, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.- Alternatively, a 2.1 degree in any discipline with demonstrated aptitude for technology through work experience.Technical Tools:- AWS, Azure- Azure DevOps- Cypress- APIs- Gatling- GitHub- Monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Dynatrace, NewRelic)- PowerBI, PowerQuery- Specflow- Visual Studio/VS CodeWhat Our Client Offers:- Opportunity to work with both people and technology.- Sense of reward from achieving deliverables.- Increasing responsibility as you grow.- Supportive, collaborative, and empowering culture.Interested parties, please submit your application with your updated CV.
