HCM People Reporting Manager

I'm partnering with a leading organisation undergoing a significant transformation, driven by substantial investment and a strong commitment to becoming a data-led HR function. This is an excellent opportunity to join at a pivotal point in their journey and help shape the way people data is managed, understood, and utilised across the business.

We are looking for an HR Reporting Manager with a strong background in Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management) systems to support a major transformation programme. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring HR data quality, integrity, and usability through robust validation, migration, cleansing, and reporting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR, People Operations, and wider business stakeholders to gather reporting and data requirements.
  • Deliver accurate, actionable insights to inform HR decision-making through dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analysis.
  • Support data validation and cleansing activities during system migrations and data transformation projects.
  • Work closely with IT and Oracle teams to ensure data flows, structures, and reporting tools are aligned to HR needs.
  • Resolve data issues, support UAT, and contribute to documentation for data governance and reporting standards.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience working with HR/People data
  • Ideally knowledge of OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
  • Oracle HCM understanding
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx to visualise and communicate insights clearly.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a strong understanding of HR metrics, data privacy, and compliance.

Why Join?

You'll be part of a high-impact team driving strategic change through data. If you're passionate about enabling HR to be a data-driven function and want to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment with real transformation at its core-this could be the perfect next step.
