Their key responsibilities include defining application architecture, ensuring adherence to Pega best practices, mentoring development teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable Pega applications. CLSAs possess deep expertise in Pega Platform capabilities, including case management, decisioning, integrations, and performance tuning.
