People Systems Analyst (SuccessFactors) - London (hybrid) - 12 Month Fixed Term ContractA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a People Systems Analyst (SuccessFactors) to join a leading law firm in London on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract basis.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day operation and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactorsSupport people systems projects including workflow improvements, configuration changes, maintenance, upgrades, testing, and rolloutsCollaborate with the People team to identify system improvements and implement configuration changesDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-makingSupport cyclical HR projects such as Gender Pay Gap, annual regrading, and appraisal processesTroubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution or escalationEnsure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulationsAssist in rollout of new HR technologies and digital initiativesProvide training and support to HR users and stakeholders on system functionalityMaintain global Intranet content relating to people systemsBuild relationships with external suppliers and raise support casesInput and maintain data on people systemsKey ExperienceExperience in HR systems administration or analysis, ideally within professional services or legal environmentStrong understanding of HR processes and data structuresProficiency in reporting tools, data analysis and MS ExcelExperience with system configuration, testing, and documentationExperience with global HR systems including SAP SuccessFactors and multi-jurisdictional dataKnowledge of GDPR and relevant data protection regulationsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environmentHigh levels of discretion, confidentiality and diplomacyPeople Systems Analyst (SuccessFactors) - London (hybrid) - 12 Month Fixed Term ContractIn accordance with the Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, this position is advertised based upon DGH Recruitment Limited having first sought approval of its client to find candidates for this position.DGH Recruitment Limited acts as both an Employment Agency and Employment Business
