Key Responsibilities - Lead Test Engineer - Electronics: - Devise and execute detailed test plans for electronic products. - Conduct both automated and manual testing to ensure product functionality and reliability. - Debug and troubleshoot issues, providing clear and concise documentation. - Write comprehensive test reports to communicate findings and recommendations. - Collaborate with R&D teams to ensure prototypes are manufacturable. Required Skills and Experience - Lead Test Engineer - Electronics: - Proven experience in automated and manual testing. - Strong debugging skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently. - Able to work with an R&D team to test electronic products to ensure they re manufacturable. - Strong background in testing electronic products with good knowledge of PCBs/Circuits and EMC. Experience in the following would be beneficial. RF measurements, environmental, EMC, and Thermal testing.
