Salesforce Developer | £500 per day | Inside IR35

A well-established and expanding organisation is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to strengthen its internal Salesforce capability. This is a senior, hands-on role with a strong focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC) and 3rd party integrations, playing a key part in shaping the technical future of the Salesforce platform.

You'll support the technical direction of Salesforce-tackling existing technical debt, defining development best practices, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions. Working closely with internal teams and stakeholders, you'll help drive improvements across the Salesforce estate while ensuring the long-term health and performance of the org.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Lightning Web Components
• Design, build, and optimise integrations between Salesforce and external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs
• Address technical debt and improve overall code quality and performance
• Define and enforce Salesforce development standards and best practices
• Work hands-on across the Salesforce platform to support ongoing enhancements and new functionality
• Contribute to and influence the Salesforce technical roadmap
