Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our public sector client, who is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer for an initial nine-month assignment with the option to extend.Location: Hybrid working - London, Manchester, Blackpool, Birmingham, Cardiff, Leeds, Newcastle or GlasgowAbout the role: You will be responsible for designing, implementing, migrating and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performance infrastructure, with a particular focus on network and cloud environments.The ideal candidate will have an active SC Security Clearance and a strong background in delivering Level 4 Senior Infrastructure Engineering support, with the following skills and experience:

• Extensive hands-on experience with F5 load balancers expertise.
• Experience with Firewall platforms: Palo Alto Networks and CheckPoint
• Experience in Zscalar.
• Knowledge of networking protocols and concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, SSL/TLS, routing, etc.).
• Extensive experience with AWS services including EC2, ELB, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, S3, VPC Lattice, Transit Gateway, VPN etc.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools: Git, Jenkins, Docker, Ansible, Terraform
• Experience in managing production systems, preferably in regulated or high-availability environments.
