Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Developer, you will:

• Design and implement scalable D365 ERP customisations and integrations tailored to client needs.
• Own low-level solution design, ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with client technical teams and Microsoft Fast Track architects.
• Mentor and develop junior developers, sharing knowledge and expertise.
• Explore integration with new technologies such as AI and cloud-based sustainability solutions.
• Represent your team as a technical thought leader and ERP expert.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience with full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including X and .NET development.
• Expertise in integration architecture, Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Services, and cloud infrastructure management.
• Experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, and integrating external systems.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with a focus on delivering results.
• UK residency for the past 5 years (required for Security Clearance).
