I am recruiting for a System Optimisation Lead to work on a hybrid basis - 3 days in London or Leeds, 2 days remote.

The role falls inside IR35 so you will be required to work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract.

This role will be responsible for supporting, implementing, configuring, and optimising business-critical systems across a range of transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for system functionality, working closely with business stakeholders, third-party vendors, and internal teams to ensure systems are operating effectively and delivering maximum value.

You must have experience in organisational design, transformation & change.

You will be able to demonstrate experience in leading technology-driven change or large-scale system implementations.

Experience delivering user training, coaching, and guidance on system functionality and best practices is also essential.

Orgvue knowledge and experience would be advantageous.
