Contract: Trade Floor Voice Engineer Location: On-site in London (5 days a week) Start Date: ASAP Contract Length: 6 months Rate: Negotiable (Inside IR35) Reference: 18784Global IT Systems Integrator requires an experienced Voice Engineer with solid Trade Floor experience for a 6-month contract on site at Tier 1 Bank in in London. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive engineer with a strong background in trader voice technologies and infrastructure. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support and maintenance for voice systems on a busy trade floor
• Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless voice operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple platforms and technologies

Required Experience:

• Proven background as a Voice Engineer in a Trade Floor environment
• Comfortable working onsite 5 days a week in a fast-paced financial setting
• Well-rounded experience across multiple systems - not siloed to one platform
• Strong knowledge of:
• Networking fundamentals
• Session Border Controllers (SBCs)
• Private Lines
• IPC
• General Trader Voice technologies
• Trading Turrets/Dealer board
