User Researcher 6 monthsHybrid - London 2 days per week (Inside IR35)£590 per day (Inside IR35) *Due to the nature of the client, the selected candidate must be eligible for SC Clearance and have at least 5 years' residence in the UK* The ideal candidate will have experience in GDS projects and have experience of Service Design Requirements for the role Strong experience in user research, service design, or human-centred design Strong portfolio of research work demonstrating strategic impact, storytelling, and end-to-end capability Deep expertise in user-centred design principles and research methodologies Experience working within agile teams Skilled in planning, conducting, and analysing research independently Able to communicate findings clearly and influence decision-making at all levels Comfortable facilitating workshops and engaging senior stakeholders Familiarity with accessibility standards (eg, WCAG) and inclusive research practicesUnderstanding and experience of Government Digital Services (GDS) Desirables Exposure to digital service delivery and integration with design systems Degree in User Research, Psychology, HCI, Anthropology, or a related discipline
