Job Title: Web Solutions Engineer/Full Stack Engineer

Location: Address: 1-13 St Giles High St, London WC2H 8AG

Mode of working: Hybrid (3 Days in the Office)

Duration: 6+ Months contract initially

Job description:

As a Web Solutions Engineer (WSE) you are responsible for building, designing, and deploying scalable, modern, web applications. You deliver full pieces of functionality on moderately complex projects with minimal assistance. You architect high quality web applications, and design key tools and systems that support said web applications.

Top Responsibilities:

  • Write and review code in JavaScript or TypeScript, Java, Kotlin, Golang, and/or SQL
  • Test, debug, maintain and/or update full-stack web applications.
  • Write and review technical documents, including design, development, and revision documents.
  • Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and engineering teams, to deliver new features

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience writing JavaScript or TypeScript, Java, Kotlin, Golang, and/or SQL
  • 3+ years experience developing resource oriented APIs
  • 3+ years experience designing and debugging databases
  • Experience in multiple general purpose programming languages and building large, scaled full stack web solutions.
  • Microservice design and implementation
