Job Title: Nights Hygiene Deputy ManagerSalary: 40,000 - 42,000Location: Kingston Upon ThamesReference: (phone number removed)Our client is a leading food business who supply to a variety of the major retailers. As they continue to expand and grow their presence in the marketplace they are now seeking a driven and ambitious Nights Hygiene Deputy Manager to join their business.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Collaborate with cross-functional site management to ensure adherence to hygiene standards, updating cleaning schedules and methods as needed. Train staff on cleaning instruction cards, chemical handling, and hygiene procedures, maintaining a comprehensive training matrix. Conduct daily checks to ensure accurate and timely completion of hygiene processes and paperwork. Monitor hygiene standards, demonstrating improvements or reduced cleaning times. Implement business strategies, assigning roles based on team strengths and abilities. Oversee and coach the hygiene team, enhancing productivity and efficiency. Review and update Cleaning Instruction Cards (CICs) for equipment, ensuring all Key Inspection Points (KIPs) are included. Support the Hygiene Manager with mentoring team leaders and operatives, and assist with ongoing hygiene projects. Perform and manage cleaning validations, hygiene audits, and maintain hygiene management systems.
