Catch 22 are currently working with a Marketing company based in EC2M who are on the lookout for a Facilities assistant
This is a temp-perm position- Working hours Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week, variation of 3 shift patterns. Early 8am - 4.30pm / Mid 9am - 5.30pm / Late 9.30 - 6pm. 1 hour for lunch. (Unpaid)
Plenty of growth within the business- All training is funded
Duties;
- Assist with courier bookings, Same day, UK Overnights and International.
- Ensure that print areas are kept fully stocked with stationery. Liaise with colleagues to order as necessary.
- Post room duties
- Ensure all printers are fully stocked with A4 and A3 paper daily, replace printer toners as necessary ensuring toner levels are replenished by IT.
- Daily meeting room checks ensuring any defects are reported to the Facilities Administrator to be logged.
- Fire marshal duties
- Ensure all requests are answered in an efficient manner, with a professional approach.
- Programming of building access passes. Ensuring that leaver passes are cancelled weekly and starter / leaver spreadsheet is kept up to date. Liaising with Building Security to ensure also updated on their system.
- Assisting with raising the department's purchase orders, ensuring that they are logged on the PO tracker.
- Assisting Maintenance Technician with minor tasks as necessary.
Previous experience of working within a PR / Communications soft services office environment is desirable.
