Job Title: Housing Officer Location: Brent Contract Type: Temporary, Full-Time Pay Rate: PAYE 21 Umbrella 27 per hour

We're looking for an experienced Housing Officer to provide an efficient, customer-focused housing management service. You'll manage a patch of properties, handle tenancy issues, address ASB, support residents, and ensure estates are well maintained and compliant.

• Manage tenancies, conduct sign-ups, visits, and end-of-tenancy checks.

• Handle ASB cases, tenancy breaches, and neighbour disputes.

• Carry out estate inspections and coordinate repairs with contractors.

• Monitor rent accounts and work with tenants to prevent arrears.

• Support vulnerable residents and make referrals where needed.

• Maintain accurate records using Orchard (MRI Enterprise) or similar systems.

• Previous experience as a Housing Officer or similar role.

• Knowledge of tenancy management, housing law, and ASB processes.

• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in housing management systems (Orchard desirable).

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for site visits.
