Job role: Property Scheduler

Pay rate: 18.23

Job type: Hybrid

Working days: Monday to friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate property maintenance appointments with tenants and contractors.
• Manage incoming requests and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of scheduled jobs and follow up to ensure completion.
• Collaborate with the Property Services team to optimise workflow and improve service delivery.
• Respond to inquiries from tenants and stakeholders with a cheerful and professional demeanour.

• A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in scheduling or administration is a plus, but not required.
• A team player who enjoys working collaboratively while also taking initiative.
