Key Responsibilities:As the Receptionist and CPD Coordinator, you will be the face of our organisation, providing exceptional front-of-house service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming Guests: Greet clients, customers, and visitors with a warm smile and professionalism.
- Meeting Room Management: Prepare meeting rooms and organise refreshments to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Communication Hub: Sort and manage company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters, and packages.
- Inventory Maintenance: Keep track of office supplies to ensure smooth operations and a well-stocked environment.
- Administrative Support: Carry out general administrative tasks like scanning, photocopying, and filing documents efficiently.
- CPD Coordination: organise and support Continuing Professional Development (CPD) sessions for the office.
- Office Presentation: Ensure that the office is always tidy and presented to a high standard.
- Light PA Support: Assist with courier bookings, travel arrangements, and accommodation organisation.
- Accounts Support: Help with analysing statements, filing, and document management.
- Operational Assistance: Support the Head of Operations with overflow tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, HR admin, socials, and event support.
