The Role

We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Account Director (PPC, SEO & Social) to join a growing digital team. You'll take full ownership of the account management cycle - from onboarding new clients to analysing campaigns, optimising performance, and driving contract renewals.

You'll be the trusted partner to your clients, blending strong strategic paid search, SEO, Social expertise with outstanding relationship management. This role holds significant revenue responsibility, with a focus on retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Client Management

  • Plan, execute, optimise, and report on paid search, seo and social campaigns across Google, Bing, YouTube, Display, and more.

  • Conduct audits, develop strategies, and troubleshoot campaigns.

  • Maintain regular contact with clients to discuss performance, manage expectations, and identify growth opportunities.

  • Oversee project management to ensure smooth campaign delivery.

  • Produce high-quality reports and present insights to stakeholders.

New Business & Pitch Support

  • Support sales teams with research, insights, and datasets that drive strong media strategies.

  • Deliver audits and account reports for prospective clients.

  • Build effective media plans in response to RFPs.

Training & Development

  • Share best practice across the wider team.

  • Upskill colleagues on campaign execution and performance analysis.

Best Practice & Innovation

  • Help develop and refine processes and frameworks.

  • Collaborate with data, strategy, and planning teams to ensure campaigns integrate seamlessly into multi-channel strategies.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative tools, technology, and techniques into the mix.

About You

Experience & Skills

  • 4+ years managing paid search, SEO and social campaigns.

  • Solid understanding of Google Shopping & ecommerce campaigns.

  • Google Ads Certified and confident using Google Analytics.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills.

  • Highly organised with strong project management ability.
