Interim Affiliates Marketing Manager

• FTSE 100 business
• £400 - £480 a day pay to umbrella
• Bristol (Hybrid - ideally 1 dpw in the office)
• 6 months initially - scope for longer
• Start in the next 2/3 weeks essential

We're looking for an Affiliate Marketing expert to take the lead on a high-profile program with one of the UK's leading brands. This is a chance to own the strategy, drive growth, and build impactful partnerships.

This role would be perfect for someone who's great with the hands-on implantation of affiliate marketing and loves the strategy and creativity that a senior position can offer in a great business.

• Shape and deliver a results-driven affiliate strategy to support continued business growth
• Build and manage key partner, network, and agency relationships
• Optimise performance to boost ROI and cut wasted spend
• Align affiliate activity with wider marketing campaigns
• Keep everything compliant and on-brand
• Report back with clear insights and recommendations
• Onboard new affiliates to grow the program

What you'll bring:

• Proven track record in senior affiliate marketing roles
• Strong knowledge of performance channels and affiliate networks
• Analytical, commercially minded, and data-driven
• Skilled communicator and relationship manager
• Experience in a regulated environment would be ideal, but not essential
