Role: Delivery Manager - eCommerce & Digital Agency

Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in London)

Salary: 55,000 to 70,000 (DoE)

Are you a seasoned Delivery Manager with a passion for leading digital projects that drive real business impact?

We are supporting a fast-growing eCommerce and digital marketing agency in London as they look to hire a Delivery Manager to help shape and scale their client delivery function. You will be the driving force behind multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of websites, digital campaigns and eCommerce solutions for a broad portfolio of clients.

What you'll be doing:

• Oversee the delivery of digital and e-commerce projects, ensuring seamless execution and top-tier client satisfaction.
• Act as the key liaison between client and agency teams - building trust and maintaining momentum.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: developers, designers, strategists, and PMs.
• Monitor and improve delivery performance, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive service excellence.
• Handle escalations calmly and confidently, keeping projects on track.

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in a Delivery Manager, Digital Project Manager or similar role.
• A background in a digital agency or eCommerce-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project delivery best practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at pace.
• A collaborative approach with excellent communication and leadership skills.
