As the Digital Account Director, you will lead key client relationships and drive integrated campaigns across social, digital, and PR. Reporting to the CEO and working with senior leads across strategy and performance, you'll be the go-to for top-tier clients, shaping bold, insight-led work that delivers real impact. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where client leadership, strategic thinking, and seamless delivery come together.

The Role:

  • Act as the senior point of contact for key client relationships, ensuring alignment between client goals and agency capabilities
  • Lead the strategic development and execution of integrated social, digital, and PR campaigns.
  • Oversee the creation of insight-led strategies spanning influencer marketing, brand storytelling, and performance media.
  • Collaborate with heads of strategy and activation to ensure seamless delivery across all disciplines.
  • Present campaign strategies, performance updates, and new opportunities in client meetings
  • Monitor account profitability and identify upsell opportunities to grow accounts.
  • Contribute to new business efforts where needed, including pitch support and proposal development.
  • Mentor junior team members and encourage a collaborative, positive team culture.

The Candidate:

  • 7+ years' experience in an account leadership role within a PR, digital, and social media ideally from an agency environment.
  • Demonstrable success in managing and growing integrated marketing accounts
  • Confident in leading strategic conversations across social, digital, influencer, and PR campaigns
  • Skilled at managing budgets, delivering projects on time, and targeting
  • Strong understanding of paid media, social content, influencer engagement, and earned media
  • Commercially minded, with an eye for identifying new business opportunities
  • A natural leader with great communication and mentoring skills
  • Can commute and work in central London for team days and client meetings
