Head of Customer Success (Remote - UK hours overlap required) Location: Remote Contract: Full-Time Client: A rapidly scaling, mission-driven cyber security training platform

My client, a high-growth cyber security training platform with over 4 million users and 900+ global customers, is looking for a Head of Customer Success to lead their customer strategy. Their mission is to make cyber security education more accessible through gamified, hands-on training that helps organisations build and maintain stronger security teams.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced leader to shape and scale a high-impact Customer Success function. The successful candidate will take ownership of the full post-sales journey-driving engagement, increasing retention, and supporting customer growth at scale. You will lead a growing team and work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure customers derive maximum value from the platform.

You'll be comfortable working with a diverse customer base, from small businesses to large enterprises, and bring a mix of strategic vision and operational execution to the table.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and run a customer success strategy to enhance onboarding, adoption, and retention

  • Manage and grow a team of customer success professionals

  • Collaborate with Account Managers to support renewals, upsells, and cross-sells

  • Work with internal teams to feedback on product and customer experience

  • Analyse customer data to identify trends and drive strategic improvements

  • Act as the voice of the customer within the business

  • Oversee the development of training and enablement materials

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, ideally in tech or cybersecurity

  • Proven experience leading and scaling successful teams

  • Strong commercial awareness and data-driven decision-making

  • Comfortable in a busy high-growth environment

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
