- Identify, target, and secure new industrial customers
- Lead, coach, develop a team of Business Development Managers
- Develop bespoke proposals that add tangible value to clients while meeting commercial objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, manage the sales pipeline, and deliver on ambitious sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and positioning.
- Proven experience selling energy supply (electricity, gas, or related services) to industrial clients.
- Commercially savvy, you understand market drivers, pricing models, and procurement processes in the energy sector.
- Entrepreneurial, able to spot opportunities others miss and act decisively to capture them.
