Tiling Sales Manager - London/South East

At Weber, we have an exciting opportunity for a Tiling & Flooring Sales Manager to join our team and spearhead growth across the South East and London regions.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction and driving the expansion of our tiling business, by identifying high-value market opportunities, shaping go-to-market plans, and delivering business development initiatives. You will build and maintain strong client relationships across the region, managing the end-to-end sales cycle as well as working cross-functionally with other members of the tiling & flooring team.

This is a field-based role covering London & South East, as such successful candidates should have a full UK driving license.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven commercial sales experience within tiling, flooring or similar construction products
  • An ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers across commercial clients such as merchants, distributors and contractors
  • Previous successful track record of achieving sales targets within construction
  • Able to self-motivate and manage a regional sales area, plan client visits and work independently to generate and convert leads

What you'll be doing:

  • Meeting clients ranging from contractors, architects, distributors and specifiers predominantly face-to-face in London & South east regions
  • Creating opportunity and driving demand through our CPDs and support clinics, with the aim of generating specifications
  • Managing a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring they are followed through to conversion
