This position as an Interim Recruitment Administrator presents an exciting opportunity for an individual to utilise their excellent administrative skills within the Human Resources department of a not-for-profit organisation located in London.

Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources team.
  • Handle all recruitment related correspondence and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records related to recruitment processes.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews and assessments.
  • Assist in the preparation of recruitment materials and job advertisements.
  • Drafting related contracts and letters to successful candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and organisational policies.
  • Provide general assistance in other HR related tasks as required.

Profile

A successful Recruitment Admin should have:

  • Experience in an administrative role within a Human Resources setting.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously within a team.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and LinkedIn.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • A strong understanding of recruitment processes and employment legislation.

Job Offer

  • A salary range of 32,000 - 35,000.
