This position as an Interim Recruitment Administrator presents an exciting opportunity for an individual to utilise their excellent administrative skills within the Human Resources department of a not-for-profit organisation located in London.

Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources team.
- Handle all recruitment related correspondence and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records related to recruitment processes.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews and assessments.
- Assist in the preparation of recruitment materials and job advertisements.
- Drafting related contracts and letters to successful candidates.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and organisational policies.
- Provide general assistance in other HR related tasks as required.
Profile
A successful Recruitment Admin should have:
- Experience in an administrative role within a Human Resources setting.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously within a team.
- Proficiency in using HR systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and LinkedIn.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A strong understanding of recruitment processes and employment legislation.
Job Offer
- A salary range of 32,000 - 35,000.
