Blueprint Recruitment have an exciting opportunity on offer for an experienced Architect to join a leading architecture firm, in a permanent position. Within this position, you will be required to work on-site, from our client's London office. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of Commercial projects, RIBA stages 4-5.

-Competitive salary of 45,000- 55,000 (depending on experience).

Responsibilities:

-Manage and oversee architectural design proposals for a variety of Commercial projects, working from concept to design.

-Create concise technical drawings, models, construction documentation, and specifications, following current regulations and policies.

-Work alongside multidisciplinary consultants to efficiently implement all elements of constructability maintenance, design, and performance reports and reviews.

-Build and maintain rapport with clients, allowing for effective communication, to present design concepts, respond to feedback, and maintain overall quality.

-Conduct site visits and propose solutions for any on-site challenges or concerns, whilst supporting contractor supervision when necessary.

Requirements:

-Qualification in Architecture (ARB, RIBA, or similar) with 3+ years of experience as a Senior Architect or Technician, within Commercial projects.

-Impressive portfolio of previous works, showcasing capabilities within Commercial Architecture projects.

-Strong understanding of relevant software tools, such as Revit, BIM, and AutoCAD, with a good grasp of construction documentation production and specification writing.

-Solid acknowledgement of current building regulations, accessibility, planning law, health and safety, fire policies, and sustainability standards.

-Excellent communicator, with strong presentation skills, and an ability to collaborate with clients and other relevant professionals.

-Must have strong organisation skills, with a problem-solving and proactive approach, with the ability to manage and oversee several concurrent projects.
