Are you an academically successful graduate considering a career in teaching?

If so, EdEx are working with an Outstanding school in Ealing who are seeking an academically gifted graduate to support as a Pastoral Intern. This is a full-time and permanent position starting in September 2025

The role would see you paired with another graduate intern to support in day to day pastoral management within the school. You would have a strong voice in shaping everyday practice within the school particularly in regard to behaviour, wellbeing, and pastoral care.

Graduates Wanted - Pastoral Intern: Who we are looking for

  • A 1st Class graduate, or a 2:1 from a top university
  • Strong A-level results, including Maths
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fun loving, bright personality
  • Passionate about education!
  • Must be confident within your ability and knowledge of both the GCSE & A Level curriculum
