Primary SEN Teaching Assistant - 115 - 120 per day - Term-Time Only

A well-regarded Infant and Junior School in Ealing is seeking a compassionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025. This is a term-time only, full-time role paid on a daily rate.

What will this Primary SEN Teaching Assistant position involve?

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional learning needs

  • Assisting with EHCP targets and adapting activities to suit individual needs

  • Supporting class teachers in managing behaviour and promoting engagement

  • Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment

  • Liaising with SENCOs, parents, and external professionals when needed

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Supporting children with SEN across EYFS, KS1 and lower KS2

  • Working closely with class teachers and SEN team

  • 115 - 120 per day - Term-Time Only - Daily rate based on experience

  • Based in the London Borough of Ealing

  • Patient, empathetic, and calm under pressure
