MEP Revit Technician (London Bridge)

An established building services consultancy based near London Bridge is seeking an experienced MEP Revit Technician to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with strong Revit skills to contribute to a variety of high-profile residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Role Overview:

As an MEP Revit Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the engineering team with the delivery of coordinated MEP models and drawings. You'll be responsible for producing accurate and high-quality Revit models across all project stages, collaborating closely with engineers and other team members to ensure designs are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed MEP Revit models in accordance with project requirements

  • Work closely with engineers to produce coordinated drawings and ensure model accuracy

  • Assist in the development of BIM standards and workflows

  • Attend internal design meetings and coordinate with other disciplines

  • Support junior team members with training and guidance as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as an MEP Revit Technician in a building services or engineering consultancy

  • Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD

  • Good understanding of UK building regulations and industry standards

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

Package:

  • Salary between 40,000 - 50,000 (depending on experience)
