Senior Social Worker - Child & Family Help Team - AFC Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join the Child & Family Help Team with Achieving for Children (AFC). Duties and Responsibilities: Undertaking assessments and providing early, targeted interventions to families in need of support. Developing and implementing Child in Need and Child Protection plans. Working with families to reduce risk and strengthen parenting capacity. Liaising effectively with partner agencies to promote positive outcomes for children. Attending multi-agency meetings and case conferences. Ensuring all work complies with statutory requirements and best practice guidance. Working Pattern: Hybrid working available.
