Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant Location: Ealing Full-Time, Long-Term Contract Start ASAP Salary: 480 - 550 per week

We are looking for experienced Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistants to join our team at specialist schools in Ealing. These schools provide tailored support for pupils aged 3-19 years with ASD, SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health Needs), and Moderate to Severe Learning Disabilities.

• Work alongside expert SEN professionals in an inclusive and forward-thinking environment
• Receive specialist training to enhance your skills in behaviour management and SEN support
• Take part in rewarding work, helping students develop life skills and achieve their full potential
• Recommend a friend and receive up to 125 directly into your account

• Provide targeted support to pupils with behavioural difficulties
• Assist with personal care, ensuring the comfort and well-being of students
• Implement effective behaviour management strategies to foster a safe learning environment
• Help young learners develop key skills, including literacy, numeracy, and social engagement
• Act as a role model, building positive relationships with pupils to encourage growth and independence

• Previous experience supporting children and young people with behavioural needs
• Strong behaviour management skills and experience working with ASD, SEMH, or complex needs
• Willingness to assist with personal care, ensuring students' dignity and well-being
• Current Team Teach and First Aid certificates, or willingness to train
• A commitment to safeguarding, child protection, and student welfare
