- Must have a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification
- Experience of working with children in nurseries.
- Excellent communicate skills with children, staff, and parents.
- A good working knowledge of EYFS.
- A clear understanding of all relevant safeguarding legislations.
- Able to assist the Room Leader and management in providing good quality care and education.
