We are seeking a highly experienced HR Business Partner to join a dynamic, fast-paced organisation in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to lead both strategic and operational HR initiatives in a global environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The role offers a salary of £70,000 - £75,000 plus excellent benefits, and comes with hybrid working allowing you to work from home one day per week. • Partner with leadership to drive HR strategy and operational excellence.
• Lead on compensation, salary benchmarking, and benefits management.
• Providing data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
• Manage Employee Relations cases.
• Enhance and implement HR systems and processes.
• Deliver actionable insights through HR data analysis.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP, combining operational and strategic responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in UK employment legislation, compensation, and benefits management.
• Advanced skills in HRIS and data analytics, with the ability to influence decisions through insights.
