HR Officer - HRIS (Workday implementation) London 50,000 pro rata- start ASAPContract: Fixed-term until end of January 2026About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced HR Officer to support the implementation of the Workday HRIS system on a fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping HR processes, training, and policy updates while ensuring smooth system adoption across the organisation.Key Responsibilities Develop and update training materials, user guides, and job aids to support Workday adoption. Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing user support. Assist with updating HR procedures and policies in line with system changes. Identify and resolve data discrepancies, making corrections as needed. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Raise change requests and support tickets where necessary. Participate in project meetings and provide input into system development. Carry out other tasks as required to ensure successful implementation.What We're Looking For Proven experience in Workday HRIS implementation (essential). CIPD qualified (or equivalent). Strong HR knowledge and experience. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence to engage at all levels. Results-driven, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality. Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office. Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset.Personal Attributes Collaborative and approachable, able to build rapport quickly. Resilient, adaptable, and able to stay focused under pressure. Willing to learn and continuously develop.
