Looking for an interim HR Business Partner to:

  • Developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
  • Collaborating with management to identify HR needs and solutions.
  • Driving organisational change and transformation.
  • Facilitating employee development and training programs.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Contributing to the development of HR policies and practices.
  • Managing HR projects as required.
  • Reporting on HR metrics to inform decision-making.

Profile

A successful Interim HR Business Partner should have:

  • Prior experience in a strategic HR role.
  • Not-for-Profit experience preferable.
  • Immediately available.
